The Catholic Bishop's Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) got a strong message from the Bitag host Ben Tulfo.
This happened because of the heat between the incoming president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte and the CBCP due to the fact that he is bound to implement the three-child policy in the Philippines. As well as for the issue of bringing back the death penalty in the country.
